Was ist Sciflection?

Sciflection ist ein Repositorium, das es Forschern erlaubt, ihre chemischen Experimente sowie analytische Datensätze zu veröffentlichen. Unser Ziel ist, die Menge und Verfügbarkeit chemischer Forschungsdaten im Internet zu vergrößern. Hierbei erfüllen wir das "FAIR data"-Prinzip:

• Findable: Ein vielseitiger Suchalgorithmus erlaubt es, schnell die richtigen Daten zu finden.
• Accessible: Die Daten werden kostenlos und ohne Paywall zur Verfügung gestellt.
• Interoperable: Es werden nicht nur Bilder, sondern auch Rohdaten veröffentlicht.
• Reusable: Die Daten werden unter wenig restriktiven Lizenzen veröffentlicht.

Unser Ziel ist es, die Daten-Veröffentlichung aus dem elektronischen Laborjournal möglichst einfach zu gestalten, die Daten aber hochwertig und leicht auffindbar zu halten. Jeder Eintrag wird mit einem Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) versehen, so dass er sofort auffindbar ist.

Sciflection baut auf dem elektronischen Laborjournal Sciformation ELN auf.

Wie kann ich mich beteiligen?

Teilen Sie Experimente und Spektren aus Sciformation ELN oder open enventory. Sie finden Anleitungen unter Teilen von Daten-Veröffentlichungen.

Was darf ich mit den Daten tun?

Dies ist abhängig von der Lizenz, unter der die Daten veröffentlicht wurden. Diese ist über jedem Experiment und Analytikdatensatz verlinkt.

What is Sciflection?

Sciflection is a repository which allows researchers to publish and share their chemical experiments as well as analytical data. Our goal is to expand the amount and availability of chemical data in the web beyond selected examples, according to the "FAIR" principle:

• Findable via a versatile search algorithm
• Accessible at no charge and without any paywall
• Interoperable by supplying raw data, not just pictures of spectra
• Reusable by publishing the data under non-restrictive licenses

We aim to make it as simple as possible to publish experiments directly from your electronic lab notebook to the repository, while keeping relevant data findable and of high quality. Each entry will be linked to a universally unique identifier (UUID) to make it instantly findable.

Sciflection is built upon our electronic lab notebook Sciformation ELN.

How can I contribute?

You can share experiments and spectra stored within Sciformation ELN or open enventory databases. Just follow the directions for sharing data publications.

What am I allowed to do with the data?

This depends on the terms of the license under which the data publication was published by the original contributor. The license is linked on top of each experiment and analytical dataset.
